You have to be consistent with the four days it says to use it. I do it at night to let it sit and I'm not drinking coffee right after. I see a difference for the price! It also tastes good, and doesn't make you want to gag while brushing with it.
Does it whiten? Yes, but only by a shade. However!!! It makes your teeth feel SOOOOO clean!!! Like you just got them cleaned at the dentist. No lie. Fresh breath too. All in all, I'm very pleased and will continue to buy it.
